Company unresponsive to request for purchasing a replacement part.

I entered a ticket number to order a replacement part for my fireplace, which was purchased from Costco. They closed out the ticket but didn't send the part or tell me what else I needed to do to get it shipped. Ticket # 645832 User's recommendation: Check out all the online reviews about bad after sale support from this company.
