Ordered Feb 26 and canceled within 8 hours. Company acknowledged receipt of cancellation, but still processed and charged the items. Ive requested another contact but no response. Be careful! Now it says I have to agree to their terms of service in order to file this complaint, but the terms of serviceare no where to be found. I found where I HAVE to agree or this will not be posted. Therefore, under objections, Im being FORCED to sign in order to even contact them. Ive tried calling and emailing, so I hoped this is something theyd at least read. Im supposed to read the Terms of Service for pissed Consumer website. REALLY? Where are they? Be VERY careful.
