Company refuses to do what they are meant to do

I purchased a lot of furniture from Brownlee furniture company in GA and with it a service agreement from ServeCo. I had a coffee spill on one of the fabric dining room chairs. ServeCo is refusing to send anyone out to clean it. An employee at ServeCo named Logan said that if I'd like to get a stain removal company to come to my house to clean the stain (and pay for it myself), then this would not void my agreement with them. So what's my agreement with them for? John McInnis listed as VP of Customer Experience at ServeCo has not returned my call. User's recommendation: Do not purchase a service agreement with ServeCo. Also, Brownlee and LazyBoy should find another company to recommend to their customers.
