Company refused to resend returned item and doesn’t return my email or credit back my account
Orderd item from GOCHINACLOTHING.COM and the item was returned because I was not home to collect it. They never contacted me about the returned item and when I emailed them they never respond to the email. I sent them several emails and they just never respond. I then contacted them from a different email pretending I want to place an order but needed to know how to track the item. A Mr Lin responded, so I emailed him the order # and ask for the status, he responded saying it was returned to them. I asked him to resend the order and he never responded or resend the item. So basically I never received the item or a credit to my account.
