Company Customer Service Insult

I called the company regarding my points for the stays at the Radisson. The rep did not write down the correct complaint and when I called back to inquire about the results, another rep didnt understand my english or the english in which the complaint was written as. I became very upset and asked for a supervisor. When the supervisor came and addressed the issue I received a follow-up email that label me as a " Pissed Customers". I do not appreciate the insult and someone needs to address this quickly! User's recommendation: Not good.
