Hi yes I've had a reply from. Clairol they haven't offered to do anything 0they said I shud put the colour on for time stated an that's what I done, I'm not happy with there response to be honest I'm disgusted, because I got a medium mahigony brown my hair was brown so the colour should have been reddish brown and its jet black, now I will have to strip this colour off an erdo my hair which could damage it I really appreciate you contacting me thankyou
