Date of incident: August 5th 2021 Member ID : H31652665 Resolution : Cancel my coverage please My copay was $1.40, then I get a letter that said my claim had to be re-processed and that I owed them $28.43. I had auto-pay on so I expected the payment to be that. Then I look at my bank account and they took out $51.60 with no letter telling me their was additional charges. I got a letter today (August 14th 2021), telling me my co-pay is now $17.20. I immediately turned off my auto-pay and now I have no money.
