Closed before 7pm

I have a TV at your 4948 US-19, New Port Richey, FL 34652 location and i tried making a payment today on default date and store closed before 7pm, shutters down. I do not want to lose my tv and i even tried seeing if there's an online option which takes me to lana then in there it's unable to find my pawn. I need to be able to pay and its not fair that store closed before closing time. User's recommendation: Store closes and answers phone at the hour it closes or after but never before.
