Settled dispute

Old Navy scolded me and settled my shipping charge issue with a refund. Too many hoops to jump through. If $50 qualifies for free shipping why won’t it be generated automatically? User’s recommendation: Be sure to check the free shipping box if you’re using PayPal. Really?

Poor service

The thing is that in November / December last year (I don't remember exactly) I registered my daughter at the geneticist's bkus unit on the street in time. About a week later I was called and told that the queue is very long, but you can put us in the waiting queue, which you did... 13. 04. 18 I received a letter to my e-mail with the following text bkus genetics 13. Apr. (8 days ago) to: hello, would you come to dr. Butterfly geneticist on Saturday 21. 04. 18. At 9:30 aia kosa .. To which I answered the same day, the pound left 13. Apr. (8 days ago) to: bkus if we can be. Yours sincerely ... Then here's the next thing that happened in general shock... It is practically impossible to call bkus (I called for 3 days in 20 minutes and the connection that was not there was not). But that would be a trifle... There were no replies to my last letter at all... Namely I did not reply, where should I go?! What to bring... ?! Nothing at all,... And today 21. 04. 18 one woman from the reception calls me and asks - where are we?! Or soon we'll... Comon, where to be if the esteemed bkus can't answer calls (well ok I understand that much is required) but writing an e-mail could already, but even that wasn't done although writing an e-mail requires a good if minute. ...
