I go to the gladstone 24 hour i have noted that since they have a new manager the place is not clean the pool and the hot tub tiles need to be cleaned the bathrooms also the pool deck is sliper the grils at the front desk are not making sure there are towels ready . The hand railes into the pool need grips added i have seen one lady slip and fall into the pool she was hurt i saw another lady slip by the shower and fall she saw also hurt i have asked 5 differant people about getting grips on the hand rail into the pool and nothing has been done i know im not the only one complaining other people in my class have complained too please let the manager at the gladstone,or club know see need to listen to her members
