All I wanted was an internet connection but their connection only lasted 1 day. Called customer service twice about it and they didn't do anything about it. Went to their offices in Mayaguez and had to wait like two hours and a half outside the store in a very long line their security officer was very rude. I cancelled my services with them, don't want anyone to go through this.
