Getting error while login

I am your VIP Ssubscriber and I reinstalled your app on tv as I was getting problems on starting the app.when I again logged in on my phone through browser and was waiting for the code on tv to enter in my phone ,it was showing an error like UNKNOWN_HOST_ERROR.
