cinechest charging my credit card

I am being charge regularly au$69 for cinechest and have never ever applied for access to this website. I need to know how my card details were acquired and need to be credited for all payments taken from my card over time. If anyone has applied for our access to this website i want full proof of appliation. Email me at [protected]@amacronsolutions.com.au with a resolution.
