Chopped salads WRONG AGAIN!!!

Hi, My name is Dawn Berkshire I am a long time customer! My whole life! Im 57 years old and i can remember my dad packing us all in a car and driving what felt like forever for hot dogs--(we lived on the south side of Chicago and my dad worked in Villa Park,)IL so just about every Saturday we would make the trip & stand in line for our amazing hotdog. since then im grown with my own family, we use your catering for most every birthday party, graduation, moving ect....... not to mention the many dinners,so when we moved to Missouri a few years ago we truly missed Portillos. Every trip to Chicago includes a dinner at One location or another. When you opened in Normal Il .we were ecstatic it was on our way home. my daughter is a vegetarian, so her order is always a special order, On October 21st we stopped to order dinner we had a big order it was ordered and i was very specific because they always got it wrong and i went over and over the order to be sure i told the girl i we were traveling and couldnt come back if it was wrong. sure enough all 4 salads were wrong i dont know how i was very specific and told her i didnt mind waiting. The beef & bread & cake were all fine but the salsds were all messed up. I called the store & spoke to John he apologized and i gave him my debt card number i was to get a credit for 4 salads but that never happened. he said he would send me a gift card for my trouble and to encourage me to come back. That never happened, I called again and spoke to Blair? He said it was too late to debit me back but left me a message that he sent 2 Gift cards, i thought ok---well i received my Gift cards total of $50.00. im not trying to be ungrateful but the salads were $38 and change, so my gift card for dinner is $12???? i just thought a little stingy yes? i would have rather just got a refund. I just wanted to vent and to ask you to please train your employees better definitely order takers & customer service, . as i said it was not the first time but it was the first time i have said something. it was such a hassle to try and make it right i will probably never order the salads again. thank you for listening Dawn Berkshire 3755 Falcon View DR Arnold, Mo 63010 847-732-****
