It’s very reassuring if the company you deal with handles your problems in a proper way, which is not the case with this one. There have been cases when they didn’t return our calls or emails. And what if the matter required urgent action? Maybe it all depends on which member of staff you are dealing with. Looks like they have bad luck with their employees. Although there has been an improvement in their service lately. We hope we won’t have to look for another company. Good luck to the owner and the staff!
