Update by user Jul 26, 2021 It won’t be addressed, it can’t be corrected, and it shouldn’t have ever happened. I expect no contact, and wouldn’t speak with them if they tried. They do not value people; we only represent dollar signs to them. There’s nothing wrong with making a living, but to ignore a disabled person who might be in distress is despicable. Went to concierge closest to Cat in the Hat Prime Parking and spoke to Kenny 7-24-21. -0- concern for the situation. Asked for assistance with anything motorized. He suggested a WHEELCHAIR RENTAL. This 50+ year old man said he didnt know how he could help and then explained that there was no security to assist in something like this!!! With our phones, we finally located each other. IF YOU VALUE YOUR CHILDREN DO NOT GO HERE. User's recommendation: This place sucks.
