I have purchase xvr model number DH xvr4b16h but amazon send modal dh xvr 4b16. This modal is not supported 5 megapixel camera this time. but my I returning time is over and company say I cannot do help. This like a cheating so please suggest me what I can do. Dahua company service centre is saying I can't help to improve your 5 megapixel in this product because this is the the not hardware or software problem this is the model number problem. Actually this model number is not supported over the 2 megapixel company supporter se on my mail. You just look and read the bill details and also read in box level briefing.
