Poor service

Hit me a car, completely write off. Police said turn white. Call asking where do I go then? White answers - we do not need, you have to go to Gensidige. Well of course I also left, after 2 weeks the Gensidge case was of course sent to white, because the police decision, however, the culprit was still insured white. At the white box no one has even called once, (from Gensidige in 2 weeks, called 2-3 times). And I can't call anyone myself. It's been a month since all this night.
