On 4/27/2021, my husband and I ate at a Cheddars at 4106 S. Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, Tx (#2017). When we finished eating, we attempted to pay our bill on the kios at the table. The ticket would not go through. Or waitress came and did our ticket manually, which we paid with our CITI Mastercard. We now have received our CITI bill and BOTH charges are on the bill. The charge for $32.00 is the ticket we paid manually and is the correct charge. The second charge for $31.38 is the one that did not seem to process on the kios at the table and we should not be charged with this amount. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
