This Denise K at Bank of America sent a ten day business resolution letter to me and I tried to fax in at [protected], it went through and it is not reopening up my claim# [protected]. So, I called the bank to double check with the fax number and they provided me with this number: [protected] to fax it in and I did and it's not reopening up my claim still. So, what is the real fax number??
