Talked to a rep about 2 weeks ago who diagnosed my unit as having a bad internal temp sensor. Since it was after hours, stated the replacement part would be sent out the following day snd I would receive it in about a week and a half. Called again today since I have not received the part and was informed the part was on back order and would not ship to the middle of this week. I now have to wait another 2 weeks. I was never informed ahead of time that the part was on back order until I called
