Refused to ring me up for my potential purchase because she stated per company policy I HAD TO provide her with my personal contact information inclusive of my date of birth otherwise she could not process the transaction . I asked her why? I am paying in cash and I will have a receipt if I have to return a " hairbrush". Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything and I will never walk into an Ulta again. I went next door to Sally and bought my hairbrush without being harassed.
