Considering you can buy your airline tickets at the same price as the airline, the only benefits is their Cheap Rewards. This is useless as they expire quickly. If you don’t use them, you lose them. Since I’m not traveling again for another 4 months after my scheduled flight in September, I will lose these reward dollars. Another misrepresentation on their web page is making believe you’d be able to get your seat assignment. I was shocked to see that I had to contact the airline. Also, I thought I was getting a great deal. If I had only done a little more homework, I would have learned that I could have got the same deal with the airline. I could have actually flown out of the airport closer to my home (by an hour) and saved $210 on my transportation cost. So, this site actually cost me more. Repeat business used to be the importance in maintaining one’s business. I guess cheap tickets thinks there are too many fish to buy tickets that it doesn’t matter if no one comes back. I know I won’t be using this site again. Do a little homework and research, you’ll save yourself time and money by not using cheap tickets.
