Chased out by hotel management after customer complaint

Totally disappointed with maritime waterfront hotel and we will never ever visit this hotel again. Half an hour wait at lobby till 3pm for waiting the room to get clean. After checked in, the floor was not clean with dust, candy papers, biscuits crumbs, aircond water leakage in master room, water leakage under the basin. We called for room exchange, but replies were the crew wanted for aircond repair services, and we were told to pay extra fees for upgrading the room given there is no other available deluxe suite. Few times calls for problem solutioning but answers given and action derived was not matched. Attitude from the staff is just skimping the job. I.E. Called person in charge(Pic) to face to face talk, only repair crew/cleaning crew was sent, rude response from the pic, turn and walk away/no further response with no apologies. After few times unsatisfied conversation with rude responses from the pic, we were being asked to check out, and get out from the hotel(Quoted from the pic). No compensation or deep apologies and the pic said "at least we enjoyed two hours free staying. This is how a 4 star hotel respond and resolve customer dissatisfaction. 1. Unclean room 2. Leakage air cond 3. Worst staff respond given from 4 star hotel 4. Accusing customer and giving bad excuse 5. Did not put customer at priority. (Saying customer wasted hotel management time)
