I disputed a charge on my credit card for services that were never rendered. Chase opened a claim and sent something to the merchant and the merchant sent them a receipt for a different customer. The receipt of services had nothing to do with me and yet Chase closed my dispute in favor of the merchant. The merchant sent a receipt from somebody that had nothing to do with me for services on a different date and a different amount. Incompetent. I disputed it again. The stupid merchant did the same thing. They sent a receipt from another one of their customers! Chase yet again closed my dispute in favor of the merchant. They clearly dont care about their customers!!! Now I have to write them a letter to again reopen the case. I provided evidence to them of cancelled services. The merchant failed to produce evidence of anything except a receipt of another customer. Chase doesnt care about its customers!
