I paid extra for Flight protection, and when I needed to modify my flight, I was told I wasnt allowed to modify or cancel my flight. If I had known that Id be paying extra for absolutely no reason, obviously I would not have paid for it. I would love to have that premium fee reimbursed, but I highly doubt edreams will do anything to help me. So far they havent been helpful at all. User's recommendation: Don’t book with edreams.
