Rx Advocates charged for service from July 2020 to March 2021. No meds provided as a result of their "service" until October 2020. The ONLY service they provided was submitting an application I had to fill out with no help and then they bungled it, had to resubmit. I did not reapply because my own insurance began a better deal WITHOUT an application in January, but they continued charging $60/month until i had to call them to cancel. I reported to the Better Business Bureau! I tried to talk to a supervisor, but she did not even have the common courtesy to listen, kept talking over me.and would not let me speak! User's recommendation: DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
