Charging credit card

I ordered a supposely trial sample with $4.99 shipping fee to be charged to my credit card, in August 2011. I received the sample but on 09/2011 my credit card was wrongfully and unknowingly charged $74.98. I did not authorized this charge nor did I order or receive anything for the charge. I am still getting charged. See attached. Thank you, crystal.[protected]@gmail.com
