We called to ask if we could arrive early to get into our cabin and were told we could and it was available and ready. They did not mention a early arrival fee. Check in was 3:00; we arrived at 1:00 and we were tired (as we left our previous KOA cabin at 3:30 that morning). We complained and were told to take it up with corporate. Weve not heard back from them. We are KOA members and have never been charged an early arrival fee (we even arrived early at our next KOA in Rhode Island). User's recommendation: KOA is a great family campground experience. I can only complain about Mystic campground in Connecticut. They were not willing to discuss it further with us. This is not a question we ask of campgrounds. Highway Robbery!
