Charged my card after trial date. I cancelled on 4th day, but they continued for one month

The trial period produced horrible resumes and unqualified personnel, so on day 3, I canceled. Zip recruiter continued for one month and charged my card 512.00. The customer service rep I spoke with thought it was hysterical and refused any refund. User's recommendation: Do not even think of using Ziprecruiters . You will not find qualified personnel but will lose as much money as zip recruiters can fraudulently steal from you.
