Front desk staff are disrespectful and unaccommodating to problems that cause being resolved.

NOT a luxury hotel!

Update by user Feb 21, 2020 Update: Customer Service Response Very GoodCaeser’s Palace contacted me soon after I posted the review. They were very apologetic and assured me they would takes swift action to address the issues. They also had Hotel Manager contact me, inviting us back and sending a complementary “2 night offer” for another stay.... Read more➤
