Charged me for stuff I didnt order and they wont refund.

I placed an order months ago to try Lume. I ended up hating it and decided I would never order it again. 2 days ago, I received the exact same order again. I did not order it and I did not set up a subscription. I would never subscribe to something until I knew if I liked it or not. Lume does not list a phone number on their website to call, so everything is done through automated email. They always ask for the order number, which I do not have. So I'm stuck with this *** stuff and have to get a new debit card because I don't want them to charge me a third time.
