Charged for service that could not be provided.

I received a letter explaining my 3G phone would not be supported after June. I have been charged for July and the company refuses to correct the error. 7/15/21: A CSR supervisor explained as I had not called to close the account, the charge was legitimate because the account remained open, even though 3G service could not be provided. In addition, I expect to be charged account closing fees. The account is set for auto-pay through my credit card company about July 28. I intend to dispute the charge.
