On March 12,2021 at 4pm in Vero Beach Florida, i had a car reservation, but due to the $200.00 cancelled and never rented the car. Still charged my credit card the $63.89 for the car rental. I have called three times trying to get a refund and no luck. Even called the Vero Beach location and I spoke with manager, and was told to call back again on Monday. He was to busy and had no time to help. Very poor customer service. Customer on the phone should be important too! I will never rent or make a reservation with Hertz !
