Charged during pandemic

Tried calling customer service because they took money out of my bank without authorization, and during a well known pandemic. Could not even talk to a representative because of the PANDEMIC AND THE GYM BEING SHUT DOWN. Went to the gym to try to cancel as well cause I moved a while ago from that district. User's recommendation: Do not do it, poor communication.
