Complaints & Reviews — Swapalease

Don’t deal with SwapaLease, this website is a complete scam and waste of time. They said it usually takes one – two months to sell a car but they never sold mine! Their customer support gave me a hard time, they were very hard to deal with, they were really rude and customer unfriendly.in my opinion everything... Read more➤

ineffective advertising

*SOLVED

“I signed up for Swapalease’s Platinum advertising service in early August 2011. The cost was $300 and that covered their “top” advertising until my 2010 Mercedes E350 sold. Results: five prospective buyers responded to the Swapalease Platinum ad to date, none serious. Conclusion (mine) Swapalease Platinum advertising is highly ineffective, would not recommend my friends use Swapalease.... Read more➤

selling my lease

Hello, Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this company. They will promise that your lease will be sold in no time, they will even give you a special rate if you are first time customer, all they want is for you to list your car on the web site and make money out of... Read more➤
On August 9, 2011 I entered an agreement with Paul Mulholland, Swapalease, who promised to advertise my car using the Swapalease Platinum program until sold for $300. Mr Mulholland promised to be personally responsible and to use said advertising program to aggressively find a prequalified buyer for me. He has not kept his promise and there have... Read more➤

Helio ITV

On the night of 21. 08. 2020. We had the "honor" to be switched to helio itv (it should be noted that the information that we will be switched was sent in the form of sms the day before, more than and nowhere). No choice given! Switched and everything! When calling the Optus information phone, I will hear that you need to look for instructions on the Internet or by e-mail (I remind you that there is no notice or instructions). I am trying to find it on the Internet, the page did not go (probably everyone is already looking for how to deal with this "invention"). The instruction that was sent to the e-mail (on request) does not help at all, the video in the "instructions" section is of no use. Perhaps it is clear to anyone who has developed this "product" what to do. After a long digging of the remote control, it was found how to compile your list, how to switch from one channel to another, how to switch lists, but it's awful! Now you need to press several buttons to switch from one channel to another. The inscriptions are illegible (there are too many and the letters are too small). Sometimes you even have to get closer to the screen and only then can you read what is written there. The question is: why complicate things that work well and satisfy users. Switching lists, in my opinion, looks as complicated as building a spaceship. The previous version of list switching was very successful. Why not choose to stick with the old version or pick up the "best" version?
