Charge issue And rude customer service

The Manager called me a few days later and apologized for the front desk associate. Stating he did not want me to feel awkward going back there, and also to say the esthetician would like to see me again. I am uncertain about returning to that particular ME d/t the hostility I encountered. That is my honest re-evaluation
