Placed an order with them, received without problem. In that box was a sales catalog. Tried ordering an item from that catalog, was put on hold for a few minutes, told they would honor price in catalog. They wanted my credit card no. and then said the price in the catalog could not be guaranteed. I felt either could honor their price or not. Asked for customer service no., and was given a no. to an xxx rated line. Called back their regular no., several times, and was never connected to a customer service no. I will never order from them, they are very shady, and unbusiness like. I have been in business for 49 years. I would be horrified if my employees conducted my business that way. Buyers beware.
