Change address, refund, recall order, replacement order

I placed an order on May 13. As soon as I received confirmation on order, I realized the shipping address was wrong! I had corrected it but it did not save. Anyway, I Immediately called GameStop to correct mistake. I was told to back the following day in order to change shipping address, the order had to be completely made for package pickup. From there everything went down hill. I called day from May 13 to today May 19 trying diligently to change address. They finally got a replacement order on May 17, but it never showed up in system until today and it still had not shipped. This has been a horror shipment. .
