I purchased my seat 1C , VIP and assistant with wheelchair ticket with advance since the seat is located at the first row/emergency I accepted he responsibility however when I was waiting the person in charge told that they changed my seat because I am using wheelchair without asking me. I told the person that I need the chair only for long distance but I can be capable to manage any emergency exit that I just to be close by and seat next to hallway if the change my already paid seat They only offers 2 options none complaining with my request therefore I truly believe that action from the supervisor. User's recommendation: I want to be reimbursed for my paid seat.
