Cell phone service cancellation

I canceled my service in January but they continued to take money out of my account for over a year. I am a hospice nurse and due to Covid I was so busy and not paying attention to my account. Now that things have slowed down I noticed that money was still being deducted from my account so I notify CC They were willing to give me 3 months back but were keeping over 400.00 dollars for a discontinued account . The representative stated it happens all the time I then stated that if it happens all the time Consumer Cellular is taking money that don't belongs to them therefore they are keeping money that they didn't provide service for. This is unacceptable!!! No wonder that are millionaires
