Cashier customer service and returns

6/14/2021 7:42pm Assoc 2104028 Reg 02. Greatest Day! I shop primarily in the Rock Hill SC store several times a week. During the pandemic the dressing rooms were closed. We had to return several items. Sometimes there is a new employee who doesnt know how to do the returns correctly and will ask if I have ID and instead of doing several transaction (multilple receipts) they will do just one since I am exchanging all items. Well Recentley I was told I could not do a return that I had done too many. No Way! I always have a receipt. and I mean always. New Employee... Returned one of my items with another item but then tried to continue instead of different item on different receipt and the item stated already been returned!! I am explaining that she returned it. someone look at the camera I state!! several several mistakes ... and now I can not return anything because too many returns! What!! I am a faithful customer. Total embarrassment. In fact I do not understand if I have a receipt!! It is not my fault if the cashier decides to make it easier on herself. The Customer has a right to know that if you return a item w/o a receipt so many of times Ross will block you like you. I spend too much money in Ross. Also the cashier next to my cashier on reg 1 was very rude and belligerent continuously. I had to tell her as a customer service representative for ROSS her behavior I am sure is not acceptable. The young lady megan my cashier said it was her first day. She had no assistance and needed help. Clearly she didnt understand because she asked for my id like 10 times. None of the cashiers were knowledgeable about the system and could not give me a copy of the transactions. Register 1 stated she would but too busy being rude believe purposely did not give. Yes I was very upset but not indignant. Apologized to my cashier she should have never even been put on the machine by herself with multiple transactions if not done before. I tried to tell her for each receipt it is a different transaction. I believe she tried do everything at one time. I paid 16.99 for one of my items and system wanted to give me 11.00 over 30days but I have receipt. NP I can keep the item but to not be able to return a item. Then I was also told that the item was already returned... In return it is because the cashier returned it then things got confused. My name Is Lezlie Stevenson. I shop alot. and I have been told I can not return items with out a receipt. That I have done too many. Never on my own. I do not wish to be in your system as too many returns w/o receipt due to the fact it was not my call to do so. Plus the cashiers as well as the customer should be made known of these consequences.
