I called carriage rv on April 14 2009 telling them I had two cracks on the outside front of my rv. Stark a employee of carriage told me this happens and it would be ok to drive back to Tampa fl to lazydays rv he said the factory was booked into Dec already. I also told him of several other problems with the rv that was also under warranty. Upon arrival in Fl Oct 19 carriage tried for 8 hours to find a way out of the warranty and decided that the rv was over weight by 600 and voided the warranty and would not fix any of the problems. I ask them was the rv over weight in April when the damage occurred? They said they did not know. I told them that the rv was over weight now because I put about a 1000 pounds of water in the tanks when I arrived at lazydays because when you go to Lazydays you are going to be there 3 to 4 days sleeping in a work bay. They did not tell me they were going to weight the rv or I would have waited to put in the water. I drained out the water weighed the rv at the same scale it was 1,000 lbs lighter not over weight as carriage said they would not return my calls or fix any other problems. I called my insurance company they came out said it looked like a manufacture defect should be covered under warranty. Called a lawyer.
