ORDER #4200**** I order a Draw-Tite Class 2 Frame Trailer Hitch Part Number:36114. Received the hitch Jun 22 2020 full of scratches because this item was sent to me with no protection, no box please look all the images, I had a plan to put the hitch in my car to go away for the 4th of July six days later my problem is not getting resolve now I will have to open a dispute with my credit card. Not a reliable company to do business. User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company, customer service won't help you.
