In June this year, I shipped 5 large balikbayan boxes here in San Diego, California bound for Manila, Muntinlupa City in particular. The cargo was received on September 7, 2021 by the consignee. I let her open the boxes just yesterday and discovered that all the 25 lbs and 15lbs Rice as well as assorted canned goods were missing.
