I would like to complain the branch at sm san lazaro wherein the services are very poor. The customer service is very bad. With all my visits here, I didn't have any good experience at all. I hope the management would do something about the service here and the staff as well. First, they didn't inform the customers that we would need to buy our own bubble wraps whenever the staff deem it necessary. Secondly, their queueing system sucks. The machine supposedly told us that we would receive a text once it would be our turn, yet we didn't get any. And yet it's our fault that they already were in cut-off for that day? But we didn't get any text so we just waited in vain. The staff here are very unprofessional, no good customer treatment as well. Totally not worth the visit if only we had a choice.
