I rented a car in SLC from Avis on June 13, 2021 and went to return the car on June 18, 2021 at 3:00 am at SLC airport. (rental confirmation number 03092890US3) When I arrived, there was no one available and no dropbox found. I called customer service on June 18, 2021 at 3:30 am and after being instructed to check to see if someone was available at the Budget counter in the terminal, I was told to take the car keys home with me and fedex them back to the SLC office. June 19, 2021 I called AVIS customer service again to get the address and was told to send the keys to the SLC airport AVIS facility which I did via FEDEX Tracking number [protected]. The parcel was delivered on June 21, 2021 and signed for a person named "M. MEDELIN". I have called AVIS Customer service several times this week to get my receipt and ask for a refund for the $54.85 that I spent on FedEx'ing the keys back, but none of your employees know what to do.
