Can’t verify account and get my money

Yes I can not get my account to verify I have tried for days and I have also called 5 different times and get nothing from you guys I have money in my account and that belongs to me no skrill so I need a way to get what is mine this is straight *** is what it is so I need someone to get back to me asap and fix this damn problem thank you
