Ordered a wig and when it finally arrived it looked like a dead rat in the bag. It did not look anything like the one I ordered. Notified them via the chat box and no response. Need to return it, but the phone line is busy when dialed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It looks like the wig was shipped from China. Had I known that when ordering I would have never purchased it. Do not order anything from this company! User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from this company!
