Cant launch any games

It won't let me play rrd2 it keeps saying the person who bought the game needs to sign while I am already signed in I called and tried to get my issuse resolved was on hold for half an hour then when I did talk to someone after about 30 mins troubleshooting they asked me to hold on then the phone disconnects so my issue is still unresolved
